Replaced the throttle position sensor on my Jeep this morning. No more high revs at startup and no more surging rpm when the cruise control is set! 15 minutes and money well spent.

Today I took my Jeep all the way up to Shirley Peak at the Alta Sierra (Shirley Meadows) ski area. My dad and I drove all the way up Rancheria road and then came back home down Poso Flat road. We hit up plenty of side trails along the way and put my Grand Cherokee’s Quadra-Drive and low range gearbox to the test. It was definitely a fun afternoon of 4×4 off-roading with my dad.

Drilled holes in my roof rack to mount my shovel today. Getting the new Jeep ready for its first trip to the Oceano Dunes next Saturday.
